Pet Policy Details:

  • Maximum Pets: 2 per apartment

  • Pet Rent: $20 per pet, per month

  • One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee:

    • $200 for one pet

    • $300 for two pets

  • Pet Deposit: $150

Breed Restrictions:
The following breeds (including any hybrid or mixed breed) are not permitted:
Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Dalmatian, Akita, Chow, and Presa Canario.

This list is not all-inclusive, and management reserves final approval on all pets.

Yes! The Century at Katy proudly offers a Preferred Employer Program with exclusive rent discounts for teachers, first responders, medical professionals, and employees of Katy Mills Mall. Our community is conveniently located just minutes from Katy Mills, approximately 10 minutes from Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital, 15–20 minutes from the Energy Corridor, and about 30–35 minutes from Downtown Houston. Contact our leasing team for full details and qualification requirements.

Applicants over 18 years of age are subject to approval through a third-party screening service that verifies: 

  • Government issued ID 

  • Household income - total verifiable income must equal at least three (3) times the monthly rent

  • Rental history - prior evictions, broken leases, or outstanding rental debt may result in denial of the application. 

  • Credit screening 

  • Criminal history screening - applicants with misdemeanor or felony convictions may not qualify for residency. 

Additional information may be required to provide final approval of your rental application. If this is the case, we’ll contact you via email with instructions on what to do next. Documents requested during this process will only be used for screening and verification purposes. Applications containing false or fraudulent information will be denied upon submission.
